Born in 1957 in Zelenodolsk.
In 1976 graduated from Cheboksary Art College.
1978-1983 studied in Leningrad Higher Art and Industry College named after Mukhina,
now Art and Industry Academy named after Stieglitz.
Worked in Rostov Art Fund as a monumental Artist.
Since 2004 has been a free Artist.
Participant of exhibitions in Russia.
 His works are in collections in Russia and abroad.
Member of Artist’s Union of Russia.

Roman has been painting since childhood.
He studied art in the Children’s Art school
and spend the whole days in the workshop
often regretting that there was not enough time in the day.
His interest in sculpture was also strong.
His parents helped a lot with art education of the boy.
Art School, Art College and Art Academy
are all important stages in the artist’s life.

The artist’s works are rich in color, brave in strokes.
And the artist is always in the search of new ways.

 

“I paint all my works with the soul. If the theme has stirred something in my soul, this is mine”.
